NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA EFFINGHAM COUNTY By virtue of a power of sale contained in a certain security deed from Joseph Johnson and Maddie J Johnson to United States of America, acting through the Farmers Home Administration, United States Department of Agriculture and recorded in Deed Book 324, Page 468, Effingham County, Georgia records given to secure a note in the original amount of $56,000.00 with interest on the unpaid balance until paid, the following described property will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the courthouse door of EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Georgia, or such other location within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in May, 2024, to wit: May 07, 2024, the following described property: ALL that certain lot or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 9th G.M.
